When I put my traffic settings all the way up in my FS9, the only planes that come up in the gates are a few in the same gate..... aside from that no traffic on the ground what so ever .... does anyone know of a low mem traffic pack that i could use.. or maybe just a cfg fix or something to get more traffic?

Try here.

There's a lot of traffic for all the world. Mind that you don't have to install all the packages (like I did, took one hell of long time too), but can install only some selected ones that are the most frequent to your most used airport(s).

Read the instructions. The site has them just to be read, you know. Roll Eyes

Simply you download the installer, which is the program that installs the packages inside your FS9, and extract it in a folder of your choice, then download the various packages with the AI. Then you (for simplicity's sake) unzip the .PAI files inside the same folder where you extracted the installer and start the installer itself following the instructions on screen. Smiley

It's simple enough. Wink

PS
If you have installed a Soundblaster audio card the installer will not start unless you first terminate the CTHELPER.EXE process from the active processes. Simply right-clicking on the bar and choosing "task manager", select the CTHELPER.EXE process with a right click and choose "terminate".
If you don't have a Soundblaster card, then simply disregard these last words. Smiley
