Improve...hmmmmm...I dunno this shot is AMAZING!!!  You've captured a great angle on this one...only thing I can say is maybe some rain would have helped...but I'm not sure.

Nah Rain would have ruined the clarity of the pic. The only thing is that you should have zoomed out slightly more and get both planes in completely.
But still.... Magnificent!

This shot is nothing short of brilliant. I wouldn't touch a thing. A contest winner no matter where you posted it. Congrats. The clarity compo, subject, coloring is bloody brilliant. Nice going. Hard part now is to try to mantain this level of excellence in all (or most) of your shots.
