Most of us know that February was Black History Month, so what is March you ask???

It is Women's History month!
For some strange reason it is not regarded as being important and is not usually taught about in schools(At least not mine).

It's Lack of scale on the months of history is probably caused by not enough people coming to the Simviation Forums and reading about it.
Get it together people!

So everybody put on your party hats and then take them off once you are content with your overwhelming contribution to Women's History Month!

What do you mean, not important? Angry
Of course it is: my mom's part of women's history -- she was born on the 18th!!

By not impotant I meant that It's not as well known, not that it doesn't need to be known Cry
It's just that since people are tired of partying during black history month, they are too wiped out to party for women's history month which just so happens to be right after black history month.
I feel that they should have had a sort of buffer zone between the two months inorder for people to rest up for some more partying
Cheesy
YAY

More like 99.9%, there's maybe one or two female members, and i've only seen them post a few times and then disappear.

And we could party in January for the new Year

Febuary for the Chinese New Year

March for the beginning of Spring

April because of the up and coming flowers

May because spring is finally in full force

June Because summer is near

July because of summer

August because of the good beach wheather

September because it cools down a little

October for Halloween

November for Turkey day

and December for Christmas

Not to mention that almost everyday is some important day in some religion group of ethnic group or just a family event.... honestly... u should take everyday as a party in life Wink   Cheesy   Cool

touche... but yes we could do that, but that would be silly because you don't celebrate Christmas all thru December or the new year thru January. This whole month was dedicated to the history of women and I'm trying to spread the good news, like spreading butter on toast. This month is special and I was just saying that people should should take advantage of that and throw a party or something.  Also they would have a good reason for partying and not some excuse like, "Uh, I felt like partying."
I rest my case. Cool

PS:I don't know, whats with your sig, huh? Wink

Why would a bunch of Aviation/Computer Fan Males (not specifying any age) party for Womens History Month?

Seriously though, celebrating everyday for something can only make your life more enjoyable. I picked out ,say, Christmas for December randomly. I just made that chart thingy to show there is something, someone, somewhere has to party about everyday of everymonth.  Honestly, womens history month isnt something that most of SimV would rly care about.  That is sorta like saying "Its my hamsters birthday, so lets have the entire forums party". I used Hamsters birthday because saying that would probably have about the same amount of people caring as Womens history month does...  Undecided

Nick

PS: First Line... I rly wish I did have a nickel everytime
Second Line... Something that I do everytime I play baseball with Friends
Last couple of lines... Crappy joke that I made up
     .... you?....

Well now I see your point, but you learn something every day and I'm guessing that a lot of people here didn't know it was Women's History Month, and I wanted to give it some recognition. And because almost all of us are males, I thought that if we partied during this month, it would receive more fans  than it already had. If we didn't party it would be like Halloween without candy or Mardi Gras without crazy people, just no fun.  And by adding fun to this commemerative time, it would be enjoyed by many more.
Oh and tell your hamster I said Happy Birthday. Wink

PS: First line = I am really done with that.
Second line = HA fooled you I don't have a second line. Cheesy

Satin is a type of cloth weave -- doubt it would bode well in Satan's final abode. Cry
A "Deceased People Month" would be more like an extended Memorial Day, relegated to all deceased people in general, but much more acceptable than a Satan's Month.

I put it in negative terms by making it "hooray!" and not, "lets remember our loved ones"
Saying hooray for people passing on is very not good.
