I have a x1900xtx 512mb pcie.  I overclock my card all the time for fsx.  Its easy if you use the Omega drivers.  Use ati tools/Hardware/overclocksettings.  Go to voltage and change the settings to 1.5,2.151,2.119.  Then go back to your clock settings you can run 700core, 860memory.  Also MAKE SURE AND RESET THE FAN SETTINGS IN FAN CONTROL! It will get hot and cut off if you dont.

Hope this helps,
