this is simply stunning. it is a render the only thing that realy gives it away is the hair.

Some freaky Indonesian graphic designer (and apparently a big fan of Korean women) worked day and night to create one of the world's most spectacular 3D image of the famous Korean actress, Song Hye Kyo. This image was generated by one of the most powerful consumer computer processing power available with Quad nVidia GeForce 8800GTX overclocked to maximum with Dry-Ice cooler to cool those power monsters. Created using 3dsmax with Microsoft's next generation DirectX 10 Engine, the resulting image is simply awesome:
I know it is very hard to believe, but this image was generated by a home computer. It is not a photo, nor was it created by some 'super' computer. It was simply created by a computer you can buy from your nearest computer retailer. Behind this amazing beauty, the Quad 8800GTX Engine calculates pixel precise blood circulation movement (as well as the muscle movement of the smile), using the latest lightning and shadow T&L engine to adjust the environment in real-time. The physics is completely calculated by Intel's fastest Quad Core CPU and the geometry of the hairs are predicted & displayed by the Unified Shader Engine of the GPU.

The hair and the eyes give it away.
The smile is a little creepy though.
