What is the typical trijet start sequence?  I know that twins typically start engine two, then one (right, then left), at least in my experience.  Do trijets usually start the right or center engine first?

A company's MD11 procedure:
3-1-2

Then during taxing from landing, turn on APU, and shortly after you may take no2 offline.
