I am pleased to say that aerobueno virtual has launched operations from Valencia's Manises airport. Our first two pilots will be flying their first flights this week, we will also be allowing more virtual pilots to join.

Our fleet currently consists of two leased Boeing 737-800W aircraft. They are both configured in an all economy configuration for 182 passengers, with a 37 inch pitch. We offer complimentary in-flight entertainment, we feel that this helps us break away from the typical low cost/no frills airline. We also offfer a meal and drinks service, however this must be payed for on-board and hot meals are only served on longer flights.

We feel the Boeing 737-800W is a perfect aircraft for the services we offer, this is because of the low costs associated with operating the aircraft, we are able to offer a cheaper product than that of our opposition, we are also blessed with the added bonus of fleet comonality with the Boeing 737-300/400/500/600/700/900 and the 737-100/200 and 900ER models to a certain extent, re-training would be a quick, cheap and easy process and the capability of adding more aircraft from the illustrious Boeing 737 family on short term leases is a neccesite with in the market that we are serving!

We have chosen to serve the following destinations from Valencias Manises airport
Milan Malpensa
Berlin
Amsterdam Schipol
Copenhagen
Nice
Brussels National
Seville

We are very privelleged to be able to fly into the above destinations, we were able to aqquire the neccesarry certification with-in a considerably short period of time, this is due to the under use of valencia airport, we feel that with the routes shown above we can attract more tourists from Europe to the Valencia region.

We have devised a complex, yet easy to use pilot system with-in all the oeprations at the airline, Each month a pilot will be required to complete a two rotations (return flights), these routes will be chosen by their HUB manager and will reflect the chosen pilot preferences. Each month their are (currently)  110 monthly rotations, this means we require 55 pilots to complete all of our scheduled flights, when we reach this figure we will expand further. We feel this adds a sense of realism for the pilots, it also gives us all standards to aim for!

In the coming months upgrades will be made to the website that reflect the pilot system, for example on the schedules page you will be able to click on a single schedule and be greeted with a small pop-up window that will contain information on the return trip (or the outwards trip if you chose to click on a return flight) and you will also be given the name of the pilot who is flying the flight for that week.

Please be aware that we will not be attempting to force pilots to complete on the same days and the same times as the schedules are set, although we would like to intensify the realism to this level we are fully aware that flight simming is a hobby and not a career, although some deadlines add realism some can ruin the expirience.

THe aeropuntos Scheme is a virtual pointing system that allows pilots to gain privelages with-in the airline.
Pilots earn points whenever they complete flights, they are reqarded 2 points per flight, they are also given an extra 4 points per month if they complete all of their flights and file their PiReps within the allocated time slots. Pilots can also receive ten points a flight for volunteering to complete extra flights with-in a month.

Privelages,
The main privelage for pilots at aerobueno is the chance to choose the flights they are allocated. for axample
If a pilot completes 7 months worth of flights and gains 28 points and he particularly liked flying the Valencia to Berlin route and would particularly like to fly the Saturday evening flight then he can use 15 of his collected points to do this.

Another privelege is the ability to obtain a certain ammount of longer segment flights, for example of a pilot required another 50 flight hours to reach the next rank he could trade in 4 pilot points a month for three months to guarantee himself the longest range flights!

The website is now online and pilots are allowed to sign up and start flying!
However the website is pretty empty, and the banner needs replacing (i know that and im getting round to it) The website will grow with the airline!
