Don't tell me that the photograph in that article depicts the *actual* road where the chap landed!  Shocked
(I guess not.... with the parked cars and all...)

Hi Thursday... Wink...!

I think that photo just shows an example of a typical traffic speed bump, (for the uninitiated), very common on our British road system, which often results in damage to aircraft forced to land on them due to unforeseen circumstances.... Cry....!

They also cause much alarm and consternation to the Emergency Services, (and Motorcyclists*), in a hurry to get to their destination... Shocked...!

Paul...Honda Motorcycles and speed bumps do not go together very well....trust me... Roll Eyes.... Cool....!

* ...and some aircraft... Tongue...!

It could be a recent photo of the same road. The incident happened almost 6 months ago.
