I think that photo just shows an example of a typical traffic speed bump, (for the uninitiated), very common on our British road system, which often results in damage to aircraft forced to land on them due to unforeseen circumstances....
....!
They also cause much alarm and consternation to the Emergency Services, (and Motorcyclists*), in a hurry to get to their destination...
...!
