Are you using the default MS panel?

Something must have changed your aircraft.cfg file.

Open aircraft.cfg in notepad and look for:

[Radios]
// Radio Type=available, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 1
Com.2=1, 1
Nav.1=1, 1, 1
Nav.2=1, 1, 0
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

Change Nav.1 and Nav.2 to 1,0,x

It works because your radio gauge does not have a standby channel.

If the standby channel is enabled (1) you are trying to tune something that doesn't exist.
