Recently I've installed Project AI with a bunch of airline packages (almost all the companies operating in Italy) and I have to say I'm having a lot of fun with it (I've always been a model railroad fan... I guess PAI triggers the same passion somehow... and apart from that, it's nice to see "real" traffic moving at airports, and real callsigns being spoken by ATC). For the callsigns I used Edit Voicepack.
Now I'd like to get rid of the default AI altogether, but I can't find an all-in-one package to replace the default general aviation AI traffic. I only found a few planes on the Project AI website (Falcon, Gulfstream and Lear). Is there such a thing around?
On the other hand, I might just use one of the PAI "special packages" to remove the default commercial traffic (and keep the default GA traffic). Can someone give me a quick tip about how to do this and how this works? Is it correct to say that if I "install" the "default commercial traffic remover" package my default airline traffic will be disabled but my default GA traffic will be unaffected?

To uninstall the default traffic I went into the FS9 main folder and removed the bgl file named traffic030528.bgl You can find it in the Scenery<World<Scenery folder. Then just use the default GA installer on the PAI website. You can also use the Vintage installer if you want your vintage traffic back.

If I were you, I would completely remove the AI traffic, and then install Tantris. It's not available on the net, but it is freeware. The textures and models are far better than project AI. If you would like the pack, PM me, and I will send it to you over MSN.  Wink
