What key should I hit in the keyboard to talk and to be listen? I don't know ,maybe nobuddy wants to talk to me Undecided

<caps lock> by itself only works if you are sharing a plane or on a specific frequency with someone else (eg. tower, ground, unicom, etc.). <shift> + <caps lock> speaks to everyone in the game.
