how do I stop details blurring? (Read 365 times)

Hey guys ,
               I've been doing a repaint on the Lancaster , but all the detailing is blurring , really annoying .
   how do you keep the detail crisp ( rivots etc? )
using psp 6 and saving in DXT 3 .
   Been awhile since I've been doin this , things are different now LOL.

FS9: save DXT3 No Mips (No Mip Mapping)
FSX: save any Extended format With Mips
