Well they are there to stop cars going into the pedestrian zone or where buses are only surposed to go... so it seves them right for trying to sneak through..

Shouldn't have been there ....... the only drawback was that the front seat occupants were wearing seatbelts and the airbags deployed therefore the genepool is still contaminated. Cheesy
