CPU gets too hot!

I finally overcklock my 6800 up to 3.9! But with proper voltage to run it stable it’s too hot, and playing FSX shuts the system down.

I’m willing to pay for something to “freeze” that CPU down… which cooler/ compressor will do the job?

Thanks.
