I'm  one of your more recent members. I would like to submit a screenshot in the Jan. contest. Exactly when and to what forum do I upload it to. I'm talking about a plain screenshot. No photo enhancement.

Smiley Thanks   Bob

When the time comes and if you have been a member long enough, there will be a new forum made for the January contest.  You will post it in that one Wink.

Whoa, nice collection this month!

I'm especially pleased to see Alrot amongst them! This should show other members that lesser systems don't equal crappy shots!  Wink

Anyway, my vote is in, may the best one win, gentlemen...

I think my sytem is the worst in this collection of pics, Alrot has a new graphic card, or am I wrong?
But yes, those shots are the living evidence, that you don't need a mega PC to get good shots.

Greetings,

Fabian

I'm not so sure about that.  What are your specs?  Mine are:

Pentium 4 2.2 GHz
1 GB RAM
40 GB HD
Graphics card: SiS 650

(BTW, I'm not meaning this in an offensive way...I'm just interested...Wink.)

Ok I've got a:

AMD Athlon 1800 Smiley

Geforce4 Ti Grin

3 HDDs, but that doesn't count for system performance,

and I bought 2 bricks of used DDR RAM, so now I've 1 Gb of RAM, too. Last December I had 512 Mb.

All in all ~4-5 years old now and completly built by myself. Made that windows myself on our dining table with a saw  Tongue and nearly got grilled for that by my girlfriend that time.

Greetings,
Fabian
