I'm sure that all those who are able to fly on that date, will make it on time.. Wink...!

Sounds like fun; might be able to join in this time, but first a coupla questions:

December 7th falls on a Friday this year, not a Sunday....?
Or- wait; I see... it's this sunday, January 7th...  Wink  Grin

Another (slightly more legitimate) question:

How does "140 plus"narrow the field for aircraft types?
That could mean anything from a Globe Swift to Concorde, with about 98% of all known aircraft in between...

Shouldn't there be some sort of maximum speed limit?

Or do you mean up to 140 knots?

Undecided

Hi Rotty...!

My lovely Default Beech Baron 58 Twin can do 200 knots, but if Jimbo States 140 knots for the benefit of the smaller singles, then I must reduce my speed to 140 knots maximum, of suffer the wroth of Jimbo...
...not recommended... Cry...!

The best planes for the trip are generally the Default General Aviation Cessna's; 172/182S, Beech Twins, Piper Super Cub, etc....
It's always nice if they are the FS9 Default aircraft, 'cos they always appear in their true colors colours... Wink...!

Cheers... Wink...!

Chat windows more than welcome, as usual... Kiss...!

Paul...Beech Baron 58....Just cruisin'.... Cool...!

P.S. If it is a LONG trip, 200+ miles, Jimbo may recommend a minimum speed to cover the ground quicker. That may mean a faster aircraft; Default Baron or maybe Default King Air... Wink...!
The overall trip generally lasts between one and two hours, depending upon the distance and recommended speed.

Good evening chaps.

Sorry about the delay in the response. I'm halfway in the Atlantic on my way to Panama!

At this time, i have NO connection to any FS software, but if anyone is willing to complete the flight plan for the next tour, you are more than welcome. All that i ask is that you provide an efficient and co-ordinated/simple plan for the simviation community to follow.

I wish you all the best, and i will be back on the 20th for any correspondance or questions you may have.

So, be good, follow the rules, or i'll set Fozzer on 'ya.

James
