One of my favorite movies, and a beautiful song to go with it.

Kelly owns a restaurant,  bar and grill down in Key West.  I go to the keys all the time but have never been.  I will next trip,  they say Kelly is there a lot.

Beautiful song and lady. The strange irony of that song is that it's become a top requested song at funerals in the US.

"I have a place where dreams are born, And time is never planned. It’s not on any chart, You must find it with your heart."

Albert Einstein - "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."

Martin Luther King Jr. - “Nothing in the world is more dangerous than a sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.”

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - “There is nothing worse than aggressive stupidity.”

Mark Twain - “Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.”

Yep and they also use a song by Vince Gill - "Go Rest High On That Mountain". He wrote it originally as a tribute to his brother that died. But it was used at the funeral of Dale Earnhardt and people have been using it ever since. Of course there are many different songs used at funerals world wide. It's just that these are popular with people in the southern US.

As far as "Copyright" goes, to my knowledge, as long as the music was purchased. It can be played outdoors or pretty much anywhere as long as no admission is charged. I've never heard of someone arrogant enough to charge admission to a funeral.... Undecided

Another one they seem to play at funerals is "Every Breath You Take" by The Police, which is actually about a stalker Roll Eyes You would have hoped that people would put more thought into saying goodbye to their loved ones.

I think I'd like the songs at my funeral to reflect my beliefs and what kind of person I was.

And perhaps one sentimental song  Grin because I'd like to hope that people would miss me.
