Try parking your Ferrari or Lambo at Tesco
How about the local pub. The green one's a Koenigsegg.
Here's the latest toy.

Judging from experience, I thought that was what the disabled/small children spaces were for...
I thought all Porsches were sold with a disabled parking permit glassed into the windscreen.

From the first picture, it's the Aston for me thank you
Also if you park in a mother and child parking space and you do not have your child with you and my wife has had to park at the end of the universe because of this, I hope you are up to a public tonge lashing.........A couple of times, I have quietly slipped away........She is nothing to do with me

The Lamborghini number plate is quiet good. AOG, often reflects these highly strung and sometimes temperamental thoroughbreds

It's not as cryptic as that. The owner is in the aviation business.

Independant does not mean the company doesn't share chassis with other brands. Independant means the company retains majority voting rights on the board. In other words, although Porsche enjoys a close relationship with Audi, they are not controlled by them. They may share some chassis with VW Audi, but they don't have to do what Audi wants them to do. In fact I've heard rumor that Porsche made enough money with the Cayanne they're considering increasing their Audi holdings, possibly even as a takeover... Thats a lot of cash.
There is no way on earth that Porsche could even consider a take over of VW Audi. Cayanne or no, they don't have anything like that money.
How many news links do you want. . .

Two please. VW Audi is one of the largest car companys in the world. Porsche in comparison are a fairly small company who sell four models of car. There is no way Porsche will ever have raised the money from a rebadged VW Toureg to make a bid for VW Audi.

I don't think anyone said it was going to be a hostile takeover... Audi may have huge market cap but they also aren't really making money lately. Sometimes companies like that are willing to be bought for very little.

Companys with no future and are going broke are the ones willing to be bought for very little. And if VW Audi do go tits up and they are bought by Porsche then they'll will more than likely drag Porsche down with it because the VW Audi group isn't just VW and Audi, it's Bentley, Fiat, Lamborghini and others as well. While Porsche, is just Porsche.

A quick google search turns up...
http://www.motorauthority.com/news/news/porsche-to-buy-audi-lamborghini-bugatti-...
http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2006/11/16/028923.html
http://www.greencarcongress.com/2005/09/porsche_plans_t.html
and, on the negative side...
http://www.leftlanenews.com/2006/12/06/porsche-ceo-discusses-coming-years-vw-rum...
Like I said, nothing concrete except for a lot of rumors. A Porsche takeover of Audi/VW isn't particularly far-fetched.

I am not saying that the deal is going to happen (nor do I think it should). But the simple fact that big deal media outlets are covering the possibility is something to talk about in and of itself.
