 I would like to state that the Virtual Defense Department, which has been running since 2003. However, with time comes changes, and changes are good.

 4 Branchs (Air Force, Army, Navy, and Coast Guard)
 3 Wings per Branch
 Pilot Academy
 
  Like everyone else, we too have our age requirements. Must be at least 16 yrs to hold a staff position. We also have a requirement on flying skills:
 All are welcome
 Those with Exceptional skills will get what they want
