Did you read the instructions that came with the addon? Normally, those kinds of files are installed in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\Scenery folder.

here's how I installed that mesh on my system.

I created a folder named "USA_west_10m_mesh".

Within that folder I placed another folder named "scenery".

I placed all the downloaded ".bgl" files ( 46 of them ) into that scenery folder.

I then moved the "USA_west_10m_mesh" folder along with the "scenery" subfolder
into my FSX "Addon scenery" folder.

Next, I fired up FSX and went to the "Settings", "Scenery Library" "Add Area"
menu  and added the new folder.
I then moved that folder down the list to just above the other mesh folders that
I have. These reside just ABOVE the "Static Objects Library" in the list.

That's it.
