repost from the ai forum.
hi, i just got a new computer and am having a problem trying to reinstall ULTIMATE TRAFFIC! i tried to reinstall on my new computer and it installed but then when i'd click on the icon to set it up it said i was missing the license key. also, when i went to fly there was no traffic at all, not even the default ai aircraft. don't know what happened, i looked in the config file, but not much help when you don't know exactly what to look for. well, uninstalled ultimate traffic and reinstalled fs9 and seems to be working normally now, but how can i use ultimate traffic again on my new computer. i did go to ultimate traffics website and didn't find much help to install on a new computer and it didn't seem like that site was perused to often so i'm posting here.
thanks,

Well, once you purchase a Flight1 product, it usually asks you to save the key file...Using that same key, you can install the product without having to re-purchase and such...Are you sure you are using a legitimate copy? As for no AI, have you tried adjusting the settings for Traffic in FS9? You may do so by hitting Alt and then Settings followed by Traffic...make sure the traffic is set to 100%...
I would suggest contacting Flight1 directly...Check their forums as well...

IMO, Flight-One (F-1) is one of the most-reputable
flightsimulator product suppliers in cyberspace. This goes for their customer support as well.
I had the computer store
blank my harddrive (the only good news it they did it for FREE).
I was able to replace
all my installed payware from everyone from whom I had purchased online (about $300 value). In the case of MAAM's DC-3 (R4D) this was not necessary because Bill Rambow had sent me the product CDs at time-of-purchase.
So what's the problem?
Anyone who has purchased any F-1 products
online simply has to go to Flight-One's site and follow the links download the replacement product. I did this with F-1's Meridian PA-46; F-1's ATR72-500; Ultimate Traffic; Ultimate Terrain CAN/AK and USA.
I'm not posting all the links which
anyone can find at F1's site. Sufffice it to say I sent no emails to anyone nore received any emails from any vendors I had purchased product from; including Abacuspub. As I recall, the license codes were included in the downloads.
What more can I say?
It's that smiple.
Good Luck.

2 years ago I lost everything on my hard drive, along with about a dozen purchases from Flight1.
I contacted them and was able to get everything back!
Customer Support

Re-download all your purchases as you can before buying them.
Then go here to get a new key!.
https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=keyrequest
There you go. You will receive an email with a brand new wrapper key once they validate that you have purchased the item(s).
Email is usually sent within minutes.!

got it to work, had to go to flight1 and request the license key to be reactivated and then just downloaded it as if it were a new item.
