Not sure about the first...have a look at our file libraries and if not go over to Avsim or Flightsim.com.  They have alot.

Regarding the other, the best freeware ground textures I've found is the Reality Pack 1.2.  It can be downloaded from Avsim.com in two parts.  Search for realitypack1.2_part1.zip and realitypack1.2_part2.zip.  Here's an idea of what it looks like:



As you can see, it is photoreal which some like but others don't.

For clouds, the best freeware is hands-down FS Skyworld.  It also can be found on Avsim file name fsw2004.zip.  Here's an example:
