I recently downloaded the FSX POSKY CRJ200 but hesitated to install it because in its readme.txt, it stated that it is for FS2002 only. Is this a problem?

If you downloaded it from the FSX section here on SimV then no it shouldnt be a problem..... your mileage may vary
