So, as the title says. I have not merged it with any real photo. This is what I managed to produce.

nice edit mate, may i just suggest with the heat wave thingy (minds not working 2day cant think of any proper terms for things, not good when doing ICT coursework Undecided

), try and make it s that its not just a block of the effect, try and fade it out a bit, useing the smudge tool or useing layers and the eraser tool (thats if your useing cs2)
