I am set, by default, to adore any thing with a prancing horse on the bonnet. And I love the F430, but I cant get over its 'derrier'. I appreicate that pininfarina dont seem to spend alot of time on the back sides, the 355, 360, 550 (& 575 obv) and 612 all had very similar back ends and now the Enzo's back side has found itself on the F430 and Im just not struck on it.
Im glad to see the new 599 resembles the older, curvier shaped bottom with the round tail lights (just two though rather than 4)
Wow, a whole paragraph about the rear end of ferraris - I guess it is an important aspect, as it is all anyone else will ever see of it

Not sure the 360 will ever be as pretty as the 355 -
The 360 is just to fat & complicated for me.
Cheers,
TSC.

You know, I'm not a big fan of foreign cars but I have always had a special place in my heart for the Ferrari 360 Modena. I hope someday once my career is going I can afford one (perhaps as a midlife crisis or something
).

'58 250 Testa Rossa for me, please...or the one-off '57; that would be nice... a masterpiece in sheet metal...!
But I suppose I'd accept a Modena as a gift... sure, why not?

With the 288 GTO I was thinking of something that one day, one might remotely be able to afford! Otherwise a 250TR or 250 GTO would be very nice, millions of $/£ permitting!
