Due to a lack of participation (only 3 of 8 entries for the 3rd round were submitted), Screenart Wars has been cancelled.

Yes, it is a shame. Many hours of administrating the contest goes to waste.

Here are the entrants that had the courtesy to post their shots, all go into the Gallery.

Ah come on!  Sad This is sad and tragic! This was the best thing that happened in a long while, and did spice screenshot-taking up a bit, at the time the general monthly screenshot-competition is watering down quality-wise...

It's a shame!

Thanks for the effort anyway, Clipper.

BTW, I say we should do a final round with the last 3 participants... don't let it come to such a miserable end!

that really is a big shame!!!

that's really bad, but somehow reflect the general mood at simV these days...

I really feel bad for clipper who put so much energy and time in this contest... a shame...

I hope it will come back one day or the other, when people get motivated again...

I'm one of those to blame for not taking part and for that I heartily apologise. Undecided I feel real bad about it, I guess it just slipped my mind with other things going on, really sorry and what a shame. Lips Sealed Sad

I am really very sorry to see this happen Sad.  It was an excellent idea and thank you so much Clip for all the work you put in.  Please do this again some time soon...

BTW...if the competitors do not have their entries in by the due date we could give the people they eliminated in the last round a day or two to put a shot together.  That way this might not happen as much...

Yeah, sorry to hear, even as I am out, I´d have liked to see, who could make it and become SimV´s finest screen shooter !

Nice shots here, too !
