There is nothing that bothers me more when flying at night than turning on the panel lights and having the overhead light come on too. Is there a way to get rid of the overhead lights and only allow the gauge lights to turn on?
I do enjoy seeing outside the plane in the dark, as well as seeing the guages. That dang overhead makes that pretty difficult. Back to flying by moonlight for now...

It's changed in FS-X. THe "old" method of backlighting no longer works on new FS-X models.
