as soon as an admin will be online i will ask him to lock this thread so that people like wont hijack it with unworthy remarks. As for other members, they will use it if they want and if they don't then no one is forcing them

All that because it was at least my request to tell me,and others of course,how you manage to take these fine Pics M.R.
But 1st,thanks for the detailed description!
Sad to say that i belong to the group of non afforders of Photoshop.But if anybody has a freeware alternative,feel free to post it here!

It looks like chicken,smells like chicken,tastes like chicken,but when Chuck Norris says its Beef...then damnit...its Beef!!!

Sharpen image once before sizing it down to 800x600, compression becomes much less noticible.

i seriously have no idea what pushed him to write those arrogant comments on me. Maybe he felt jelous or something, i seriously don't know. But anyway i won't go to his provocations and i will just the admin to lock this thread so that such further remarks wont be posted here.

well if he want to write something, then he should write his own tutorial to explain his way, but not the comments stating that i'm arrogant simply because i try to explain to people how i save my screenshots.

I don't know, as I don't have Infranview, but I'd imagine any digital photo editor would have a sharpening tool.

sorry to but in on this, but i've seen stormtroopers posts in the year and a half that i've actually been on here, and in no way is he arrogant.

Also from your reply to Hagar i do agree with him that it seems a bit complicated but no one can make you change the way you save your shots, He has also been on the forums quite a while longer than many of us who post here, so any advice that he gives is worth listening to.

well i've been on this for just about long as he does, but that doiesn't give me right attacking others because they try to help others (also because they were asked by others to do it). And if someone actually thinks it's complicated then just close this page go on your way, find your own way (maybe post your own tutorial describing a better way) and that's it... Insulting others because they help others i'm sorry but this is arrogance in a pure form.

Please let's keep some civility here and remember that we are all here to exchange ideas and discuss our thoughts in a mature and postive manner.

Disagreement can be done in a number of manners; specific choice of words can sometimes make a posting seem cordial, aggressive, or even negative. Sometimes when we type...we see our written comments in one light based on other thoughts that we may be thinking.... but do not express in the replies....... BUT another person might read them differently without the accompanying "mental notes" happeniong in the writer's mind.

Additionally, without the benefit of body language and seeing facial expressions and hearing tone of voice...... it is easy to misunderstand others intent and comments.

Then, as things deteriorate...... comments often get more pointed and more defensive. This is where things tend to start to "cross the line" on SimV Forum rules.
