Just got the terrible sad word that during the early morning of 31 October, John Howard White aka Dzignguy, designer of the most exquisite 'FSDZigns' Lockheed L-049 Constellation model has passed away after a long period of fighting serious health problems.

Thru a truckload of emails i have come to know John as a very aimable and very talented person who really 'only just' had discovered FS as a platform to give rein to his talent and his passion, the venerable Connie.

I'd like to express my deepest sympathies to his family and friends for whom it will be such an enormous loss. John will no doubt be sorely missed by the FS community and particularly the Connie lovers amongst us as well. Extremely sad he has never got to really finish atleast his L-049 Connie project because of his enduring health problems. We can only hope that his FSDZigns companions will continue his work and build further on the extraordinairy beautiful Connie model that John has delivered. I believe there's a very good chance that they will.

John, i know you'll be happily flying the Connie outthere in the great blue yonder now that you don't have to fight anymore. One day i'll be knocking on the cockpit door to come and join you. If you want me to be the co-pilot that's fine with me.

Farewell my friend, you will never be forgotten.
