In trying to maintain StudioV's main focus, I thought it would be great if we had more articles (threads) about anything that has to do with taking better screenshots. If you have any ideas or would like to share some of your expertise, please don't hesitate, share it here at the Studio. Could be something as simple as posting a pic with a description of how you achieved the shot, or a  tutorial on any new methods or software you've discovered. So what have you got to offer?  Wink

First shot, yes...some highlights/shadows and maybe even some contrast...

Second shot, I can see subtle signs of sharpening, other than that, I'd say its more or less orgional

I would have thoguht the 1st has, and the second probably not.

Dunno if this is the right place to say this, but i don't understand adjusting contrast and colours to heavily, and even worse sharpening! It just make the pictures grainy and unrealistic. Subtle edits are fine, but as soon as you see grains i would stop.

LOL this is just something thats been annoying me one these forums, so many of these wierd contrast/colour edits gone bad Grin
