OK then. Quiz time. I took this photo of a very rare historical artifact this morning only a short distance form where I live. It's possibly the only surviving example of its kind in the world. Can anybody hazard a guess as to what it belonged to?
Clue: It relates to a recent topic in this forum. Woodlouse is not allowed to take part as he knows the answer.

Good try but it's a tad bigger than that & Spitfire props are not exactly rare.
Another clue: At a rough guess the ceiling of the room it's in is about 8 feet high.

An opener for gigantic letters? ???
Sorry, I haven't a clue, other than a prop-blade.

Theis was correct. It's a blade from a Bristol Brabazon propeller. This one.
