Answer edit 1) You can submit your entries to me via p.m. any time during the week, just be sure to make the deadline of next Sunday at 1:p.m.

Answer edit 2) Even though there are two pairs of you assigned category #5, you are competing only against your assigned opponent.

P.S. Sorry about the size of this thread, there was a huge amount of info to be posted. I know it's long for dial-up users (myself included) but I had no choice.  Smiley

Thanks very much Danny, now I'm ready to roll..... 8) Smiley

But how is this gonna work for the jugdes? (that includes me Wink )
Really want to know, so I don't screw something up.. Smiley

Once I receive all the entries, I'll post them in one thread here at Studio called "Screenart Wars: The Entries Round 1." Ill put the pics in groups of 2 showing who's battling who.

Then the judges look at their designated pairs of combatants and decide who moves on to the next round. Judges then send me their decisions via P.M. . Then i'll put up a thread introducing the next round. (includes the winners of the previous round with their new categories and assigned judges).

Were these assigned on ability or was it random because if it is ability, I'm feeling good that I got placed against Omag (in a category I don't even enjoy Roll Eyes Grin, oh well).

Good Luck Omag

Wild Card! means freeware, payware, edited, non edited, morphedited (screenshot mixed with photograph), FS95, 98, CFS3, film clip of Battle of Britain with an FSX aircraft super-imposed on it, scrolling text, a cute baby picture in the cockpit of an F-16, anything from anywhere any way you like it....the only requirement is the screenshot MUST include an image of an aircraft (or part of one) from any sim known to man. Flexible enough for you?  Smiley This category is designed to stretch the imagination and creativity, maybe even break new ground in the art of screenshots. (no pressure though  Wink ). I'm confident you'll both work out something amazing, ... Smiley

Good Luck Omag

Cloud9, I did my best to pair as equally as I could. I obviously have no way of knowing whay everone's category likes and dislikes are. But if you read the rules carefully, there's one that states:
...
Cloud, dig down deep, think hard about the "originality" part of the judgeing criteria. Try to come up with something new, different and creative. C'mon, you can do it... Smiley

I have a horrible feeling that I'm going to get totally 'pwned' in this competition  Grin

If not by Mr Mugel then by some other hotshot... but it's a great idea and I'm going to do my best to kick the living crap out of compete against my esteemed colleague   Cheesy

DC3s eh? I'll give it a go...

Good luck to all and have fun!!!

Krigl

Gd Luck to you too, Nemo. May the best artist win. And that goes to everyone here in the rounds to follow. 8)

Yah, I got that part, I'm just psyched that I'm pared with Omag because his screenshots are AMAZING and that means that if we're paired equally, then someone must think I'm pretty good at screenshots Grin

Well, as I said before, Good Luck.
