PS: If you're not confident about YOURSELF doing these tweeks, THEN DON'T DO IT!!!
I had to reinstall windows xp because I accidently skipped the first step before doing any of the tweeks. My computer locked up, almost all of my icons were gone and much of the functions of windows disappeared after this grave mistake.
