Hi all

I have downloaded the microsoft sdk and installed it into gmax but when I went to export somthing to see as an mdl I get ...

Anyone have any ideas what problem is

You need to install microsoft XML SDK i believe, try googling it.

Go to your FS9 main folder.  Copy the msxml4.dll, msxml4a.dll, msxml4r.dll modules and paste into your gmax plugins folder.

You also need makemdl.parts.xml in the plugins folder.

Thanks, I am enjoying retirement from the design side but still hang out and browse the forums.   Smiley

Thanks for the help guys, out of frustration I installed the old mdl files from 2002 pro and got it working, but now I see the problem will install the 2004 sdk files
