Does anyone know how to install the 19m mesh that is was available HERE?    I've downloaded the files and now I have a bunch of .bgl files, but I can't figure out where to put them, or how to activate them.

Thanks. Smiley

...mm...says it has been withdrawn....might be faulty eh?......commoner Wink

...but you could try the method used in FS9 with the SRTM mesh......it appears to be the same in FSX

In the Scenery or Addon Scenery folder make a new folder and name it shall we say 19mesh.........then inside that make another new folder and call it scenery and put the .bgl files inside  that...........

Then go to the Scenery Library and click ADD Area.......browse to the folder 19mesh and click once to select it,  then OK.......should then be done..........commoner;)

If it doesn't work then in the scenery Library, select it and Delete Area and then delete the folder you just made............ Wink

I would be loking in my FSX folder for files with the same name and then maybe these fifles you have downloaded replace them?  That would be the first thing I do (backup originals too)

After that the only way I can see is to do as mentioned and put them in addon scenery, though I would think that would cause conflicts with the existing mesh wouldnt it? i'm not sure  ???

.......were not talking textures here...just mesh....if it is higher up the list of scenery areas it will merely override  (NOT OVERWRITE)  any other..just like SRTM did...........and as do airport sceneries etc.....if it doesn't work then just remove it from the list.......commoner. Wink
