Hi to all. Do you want to fly for a VA such that:

1- no need to be a member of VATSIM / IVAO
2- time compression allowed
3- simulates the economical side Shocked
4- dynamic / living airline (fleet / route expansions, codeshares, etc) 8)
5- built from scratch to a global giant Wink

Then reply under this topic. Let's built our VA together!

It would be helpful if you would provide some more information like:

1. Are you looking for pilots or staff and if so what positions?
2. What is your airline alike (passengers, cargo, VIP, bush)
3. The features you listed reminds me fo FlyNet. Am I right?
4. Which areas are you going to operate in?

If you are looking for staff in the involved in the flights scheduling area I might be interested provided you are not talking about FlyNet because I already have a VA there.

If, on the other hand, you are in FlyNet we might settle some kind of cooperation in VAs level as I own one of the biggest VAs in FlyNet. Talk again.

First of all I'm looking for pilots. My plan is to shape the VA according to my pilots' ideas. So the type of airline is not determined yet (personally I prefer pax or bush airline). Operation areas also not determined, pilots will determine it. Yes, I'm talking about a VA in FlyNET. Are you aware that there're some 180 free pilots ("students") in FlyNET and none of them wants to join a VA Angry. Even the VAs carrying names of the most known real airlines cannot attract people!

Not really. Most of those "students", if not all, are people who created an account in FlyNet once and since then they never dealt with it again or decided to quit Flynet without deleting their account.

The problem is that most of the active ones become rather CEOs than pilots.
