Sorry to resurrect this one, but thanks for the link Charlie, great shots. I must find an excuse to shell out for the MkXVI before the IX comes out.

What I wanted to post however was this quote. It's in the sig of one of the Sim-Outhouse posts, cracked me up:

'A' Flight Leader: How did you get back?

'B' Flight Leader: Followed the railway line to Verdun, then the road to base. How about you?

'A': I used the river. What about you Johnny (Sergeant Pilot Johnny Winn), you were first on the ground?

Johnny: Me? I flew a course on the compass. What the **** d' you think it's there for?"
