Seen a couple of confused and/or confusing messages here regarduing UK time  vs US Eastern time...
For the record:

GMT, or Zulu time, or UTC, is either FIVE hours ahead or FOUR hours ahead of Eastern US time, depending on the time of year.

Right now, if I'm not mistaken, the eastern US is five hours behind the UK, because we are on Eastern US summer time which is only four hours behind GMT, but the UK is an hour ahead of GMT for their summer time.

We Americans and folks in the UK will set our clocks BACK one hour on  10/29; so 1700 UK  time  (which  will equal 1700 GMT)  on 11/18 will be, in the Eastern US (sound of rusty gears clashing)....

1200, also known as "noon",. Grin

How many displays can we do each??
There are three aircraft i had in mind but obviously i could cut them down if you want.
I definatly want to fly the V22 Osprey and the Hawker Hunter but i'd also like to fly either the new Wessex from simshed or the UKMIL Merlin.

P.S: i'd also like to video the event.

Probably a limit of 2 displays each, as it would get out of hand if everyone wanted to fly more.

And Rottydaddy, take a look at these previous threads to see how it was organised. Wink

so, noon Nov. 18th (Eastern US time). I might appear...most likely a low-level flyby in a B2...or F117...I'll let you know when I've decided.

Ok, I've decided- B2 low-level flyover. Later in the show, if it's OK, I'll bring out the Eurofighter Typhoon. This is on the SimV server, right?

Steady on people, remember each spectator needs to download everything being flown that day!  Let's figure out how many slots are available, and how many people are prepared to fly, before we allocate multiple displays.

I'll stick to my original post - one display only, in a 1910 Curtiss biplane.

If need be, we'll cut down the number of displays (although we haven't needed to yet). That would mean limiting people to one display each, if need be.
