If you have an XP SP2 disk, just do a repair.

Well than mabe its time for a reformat. Back up your music, and reformat the drive, and reinstall the drive.

me and my dad have been talking about doing a reformat for a couple of weeks, but i still can't come to a descsion about weather or not i should do it. it just takes a while to put everything back in place. i just don't won't do do such a destructive solution. of well, i'll think about it.
