Nobody was aboard the aircraft when the engine re-started. The pilot is the chap in the blue top in this still from the video clip.

After thinking about what I wrote last night. The pilot's first concern was to get his passengers off the jet which is what he should have done. He still an idiot!!

I like the part in the NTSB report where he didn't tune to the airport frequency to declare his intentions. Apparently there was a light aircraft near the field which intended to land and didn't know about the jet. The accident could have been much worse...
