I've recently decided to put CFS2 back on my hard drive and began taking full advantage of all the downloads I've done through the years, with the intention of making my install as historically accurate as possible.

What I've done so far is to load the usual effects mods.  Now I'm analyzing all the missions in the stoc campaigns and replacing the "wrong" ships with the number of great user-created ships that were actually at the different battles.  After that, I intend to add missions to the campaigns to extend the tours of duty out to, hopefully, the end of the war.

I'm actually enjoying modding more than I enjoy flying.
