Well, the Boeing Suppy Guppy Beluga cross flies (yesterday). I hadn't noticed it was being built in Taiwan...

I didn't read the article, but I'd assume it's too heavy to lift off from Renton.

The yellow bits on the fuselage make it look like a great flying hotdog. Grin

In all fairness though, looks are the last thing on Boeing's mind with this plane. It was designed to carry chunks of the 787, and as long as it can do that, then it's a success.

Personally, I think it looks charming.

I was more then ticked to find out it was there.  Had I known that little piece of info I would have been looking for on the 18th when I left Taipei Angry  I missed the official rollout by 10 days Tongue

Just imagine, when or if Boeing will mass produce that varient in a double decker commercial airliner, then the competition will finally be competitive with Airbus A380 lol! Cheesy
