Tough question I recomend you by starting to install the freeware Gmax is inside of the cd 1 or also you can download it,

then download the gmax game pack here and install this package it will add more complement to the Gmax sofware intalation that youll need= gmax game pack

http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/fs2004_downloads_sdk.asp

and this guide is good for starting try to make something very simple a cilinder a table ,..  thing so you can see how does it work read this

http://www.simviation.com/gryphon/tutorials/gMax_00.htm

Don't quick so soon try to do like a child drawing a simple thing that looks like a plane then export it as mdl ,I mean aircraft..and ask never afraid to ask here (thats what we are here for)

Roll Eyes I really hope this can help at least to get you start it,

All the little bits of creating an aircraft are an ongoing project.  You won't have a complete aircraft very quickly, so don't worry about making things perfect for your first export.  Just start fiddling with Gmax, learning its quirks and issues.  There's plenty of time until FSX comes out, so I would recommend you just mess around with the program and figure out the basics of modelling before trying to get anything on the net.

You could also take a look at http://www.freeflightdesign.com since there are many downloadable creations there that can give you a sort of idea on how to create something of your own, along with a very nice forum that can give you some really nifty advice.  Many of the members here are also members there, as well as many others that are much more versed in the manipulations of Gmax than us.

Good luck, and don't get too frustrated! Cheesy

Do you mean flight dynamics or graphics.

For the former see:
Never use FSEdit as it is broken. Use AAM or AirEdit or AirUpDate.
