Your guess is as good as mine: try the Air Nav site; enter the name of the nearest airports and it will give you the contact info for any flight schools.
More important than which school is "best" is: which one is easiest for you to get to, has minimum delays on the ground for VFR flights (believe me, it's painful burning money while sitting waiting for clearance at a busy airport), etc.?

Another suggestion: look into joining a flying club. If they have members who are instructors (most clubs do) you could save a LOT of money flying club planes instead of flight-school rentals, and they're usually better-maintained. Most clubs are non-profit organizations, so the rates are typically lower. There may be a pretty big deposit required to get in, but if you leave the club, you'll get it back.
Good luck... Grin
