This may be a little hard to understand but
Turn AA of
create some textures for fs then once they are done turn aa on and save them
now wouldnt that make the textures perminantly smooth without AA
Just a thourght

Well, are you referring to AA in the sim or in some other prog?

Nope, after you turn AA off the textures will blur and jaggies will appear around the aircraft.

I have tried this and it made my textures REALLY blurry for about 5 minutes in the sim. It looked god awful!
