hopefully this is something a bit different, I was just playing around with photoshop and like this effect so I though i'll post it here to get feedback.

What reccommendations do you guys have to improve this shot?

I was trying to find how you make images look like they've been drawn in photoshop, but when I was looking at the filter menu i found this (filter->stylize->glowing edges)
