Hello all,
I would like to start recruiting for video making of various USAF Heritage flights and USN Legacy flights.  If you are serious about this, and would like to participate/help/contribute in anyway, please email me at westernate@gmail.com...I know a lot of people have been interested in this, and I would really like to get the ball rolling on something.  I am serious about this, and realize that this will take some practice and skill, but I know people have skill on here!

May I suggest a free-for-all event whereby people can perhaps turn up and give it a shot? Auditions, if you will! I would quite enjoy doing something like this, but if I'm not up to it, then I wouldn't want to spoil it for you!

It would also determine technical issues, such as server lag between people in different parts of the world (USA - UK for example).

I know of these problems, and am thinking as long as we have flights no bigger than 4 or 5 (i.e. P-51, F-86, F-4, F-15, F-22 or a 16 or something in there).  I have gotten pretty good with active camera and will be using Sony Vegas to edit and do videos.  Ive had it planned out for a while, now just need some people who can fly an F-15, 16, 22 etc. to be able to go about 300kts and fly on a -51.  I would also require that you have teamspeak and use it (ie mike and speakers).

I'd do it, I'd just need to know:
WTF is a Legacy Flight?
I've only seen the Heritage FLights!
Cheers,
Doc.

The U.S. Navy has started a Legacy Flight demo. Basically like the USAF Heritage flight but usually with an F-18 and F4u Corsair. Sometimes they get the J-4 Fury to fly as well.

A standard legacy flight will be a WWII aircraft (Wildcat, Bearcat, Tigercat), Korea era (Corsair), a Vietnam era (Phantom or a Crusader), a cold war era (F-14) and a current era (Super Hornet).

I appreciate your interest everyone and am setting up server info/teamspeak stuff/and other things as well as putting an aircraft  pack together.

i enjoy long walks on the beach, yummie thai food, and obliterating my enemy's aircraft around them with a hail of bullets from 12 .50s. and/or a 75mm cannon.
