Today's shot is one of the most amazing cloud and fog formations I've ever seen in Flight Simulator.

Ofcourse they're courtesy of eno; his screenart is always original, creative and never ceases to amaze me.
It's very rare to see eno post shots that do not feature an aircraft, but sometimes it does not need one to be just gorgeous ...

The shot below, taken from his post "Just Scenery", is no exeption ...

SMOKE ON THE WATER

(I thought that title made a nice addition to yesterdays post*)

* if you're around my age and like rockmusic you'll probably get my point

You're "Talkin bout my generation" now Kip...I think eno has elite skills when it comes to creating that misty, foggy mood. Brilliant work here, brilliant thread. By the way, anyone know who wrote the song I mentioned above?  Wink

Anytime mate! Credit where credit is due!

The Who ... ah ... don't you just love them? Did you know they also do the CSI theme songs?
  • "Who are you" (CSI: Las Vegas)
  • "Won't get fooled again" (CSI: Miami)
  • "Baba O'Riley" (CSI: New York)
I got to know The Who only after I bought the Van Halen "Live: Right Here, Right Now" album.
That album features a great cover of "Won't Get Fooled Again" Cheesy

Great album. Smiley I have every CD that Van Halen has produced, and my parents have every tape/8-Track/record they've produced. Grin

Sh*t ... that takes me 'back in black'. His brother Angus lives not far from where I live. Strange as this may sound he actually lives int The Netherlands ... in a village called 'Aalten' and my sister lives there too.
