Gentlemen (and ladies),
As some of you know, the project to get XH588 airworthy again is reaching a critical stage. I shalln't go into details, but you can help by visiting the link below, and filling in the form at the bottom of the page (name and address) - regardless of your nationality. This will then be sent electronically to the UK's Heritage Lottery Fund. It has been pointed out to the HLF that they have already put about £2.7m into the project, and without any more money, all of that could be wasted. If they give another few hundred thousand it will not be wasted. The good news it that HLF appear to be in discussions with the Vulcan Operating Company already.
Please, wherever you are, take a minute to add you details.

Many thanks,
Charlie

Good good. The more the merrier. I intend to collect people's at work (with their permission) and do it for them if it helps...
Please feel free to cut and paste the post above and email it to your friends and family. The more pressure the HLF a given the better.
All we can do is try. We owe it to those who were involved with the Vulcan in service, and to those who are too young to have ever had the privelge to see, hear, and
feel
this awesome piece of British engineering fly.
