O.K., is it just me, or is this one of the most amazing pics in the history of FS9?

...

Ecko sent us a series of pics for his personal portfolio and this gem was one of them. Would you rate this as our first genuine 10/10? Let's hear what you think about it!

Sorry to bring a downer on it, but would you rate it the same, had the photoreal scenery not been there? It's a nice idea, and a good shot, but I don't think it merits a 10/10 because of the stunning scenery. I think the pilot and the deep blue sky create a bit of a contrast between reality and the sim, as the top half of the pic looks realistic, but the bottom looks a little cartoony.

I can see what he was trying to achieve with no clouds being added, but I still think that clouds add to any picture, and I feel this is lacking a bit.

As I said, nice shot, but not great. Just my opinion. Wink

Agree with Tweek.....realism wise it's amazing, but how much of that is down th Photorealistic scenery....maybe 80%

Composition wise it's quite a nice angle but nothing extraordinary and the sky is a bit dull

So a nice picture which gets an 8/10 from me.

Valid point there guys, I personally think it would've ruined the contrast between the immensely detailed mountain scenery, and the simple deep-blue sky. However since I haven't got the shot, I can't possibly know it for sure.

Thanks for the comments guys. Smiley

PS. Woohoo! I made the hotshot again. 8)
